Fortified ID Integrity, an IdP ready for level of trust 4

Challenge
For services with very high security requirements, the level of trust that must be applied for secure authentication with a high level of trust in the identity is defined. To respond to trust level 4, the entire chain from identity, authentication method, underlying infrastructure and Identity Provider (IdP) must meet stringent requirements for implementation and functionality.
The Swedish trust level 4 (LOA 4) corresponds to the eIDAS level High. For Sweden, DIGG has added another requirement which reads:“Sweden’s trust level 4, however, includes requirements for, among other things, a personal visit when renewing an e-identification”.
Solution
Fortified ID’s Integrity has been verified and met all requirements to be able to implement an IdP at trust level 4. The requirements are stipulated by the Sweden Connect Technical Framework with special requirements for trust level 4.
